CONFERENCE SPONSORSHIP LEVELS

Gold Sponsorship - $5,000

Sponsor can choose to sponsor one of three lunches at the conference or the goody bags for conference participants. Sponsors will receive:

· 2 free conference registrations

· A table for 10 at the front of the room for the opening or closing luncheon

· A free exhibit table

· Recognition as a gold sponsor in the conference brochure and all promotional materials

· Recognition on prominent signage at the conference

· *Goody bag sponsors will be permitted to put their name and logo on the back of the conference bags.

Silver Sponsorship - $2,500

Sponsor can choose to sponsor the keynote address or one of two continental breakfasts at the conference. Sponsors will receive:

· 1 free conference registration

· A free exhibit table

· Recognition as a silver sponsor in the conference brochure and all promotional materials

· Recognition on prominent signage at the conference

Bronze Sponsorship - $1,000

Includes sponsorship of one conference break. Sponsors will receive:

· A free exhibit table

· Recognition as a bronze sponsor in the conference brochure and all promotional materials

· Recognition on prominent signage at the conference

Conference Host - $500

Your sponsorship will be used to support general conference expenses. Sponsors will receive:

· Recognition as a conference host in the conference brochure and all promotional materials

· Recognition on prominent signage at the conference
