Independent Living House Parents
Goshen Valley Boys Ranch is seeking Independent Living house parents who care for up to 4 boys transitioning out of foster care. The Ranch provides a 150 acre ranch-style environment while houseparents will provide basic care, guidance, counsel, encouragement, spiritual and moral leadership and direction. Houseparents will work with each boy in the areas of Faith, Family, Education, Work, and Life skills. Houseparents will dedicate their time to developing and preparing each boy for adult living. Houseparents will assist in developing and carrying out an individual service plan/after-care plan for each child in collaboration with the service team. Houseparents will be responsible for keeping accurate daily records of activities, issues, and the individual progress of each boy.
