1) Greetings Georgia SHINES Users:
To improve system performance, Georgia SHINES has been unavailable
for maintenance between 12:00 pm and 12:40 pm (Sunday, Monday,
Wednesday, and Friday). To minimize interruption to users' work in
Georgia SHINES, the time of this maintenance activity has changed.
The new time is 4:30 am - 5:00 am. NOTE: The days remain the same.
Please do not log into Georgia SHINES during this time.
When there is no scheduled maintenance/outage, report all issues
logging in and/or navigating in Georgia SHINES to Consolidated
Service Desk at 877-482-3233 and
reference problem record PR6627.

2) Dear Providers:
DFCS and DHS OIT have established a SHINES War Room to look at any
and all technical difficulties with using the SHINES Application.
The War Room will be operational through at least Friday,
July 18th.
If you encounter any problems using the SHINES application during
this time, please call those in to the War Room at 866-469-3239,
pass code 25566805#. If you have any trouble getting through to that
line, please either call the SHINES help desk at800-764-1017 or
email the War Room at SHINESWarRoom@dhr.state.ga.us and
we will get right back with you.
