We discussed in our meetings that there is a patient profile that can be accessed by AGP network providers on eligible members.   I have included a copy of the P360 Provider Alert and the link to the information on the AGP provider Web portal. The provider alert explains what is included on the site.   Please feel free to share with your provider community.
