Included in the proposed budget (HB 751)  is a 1.5% rate increase for out-of-home care providers.  The House approved the increase and it is now moving through the Senate with the anticipation that it will pass the Senate.  Once HB 751 moves through both Chambers it will go to the Governor to be signed into law.

Together Georgia and collaboratives worked together last year creating a gap analysis and developing talking points on behalf of providers. Providers responded to multiple Calls to Action and our voice was heard. Advocacy will continue moving forward. Please stay tuned.
