Once you register, get with your foster parents, grands or relative caretakers, DFCS caseworkers, group home staff, support leaders and make plans to take the drive to Roswell for this special event.

No one will be allowed into the event without an attendance or volunteer reservation

What You Need To Make A Reservation for Prom-A-Palooza 2016
Click the register link above and proceed by filling out the information needed for Prom-a-Palooza. You should get an email confirmation of your registration. Your appointment time will be sent to you by February 18th either by phone or email. All appointments are on Sunday, February 21st at approved designated times between the selected hours of 10am and 3pm. No one will be permitted into the event earlier than the appointed time. .
WHO can come? Girls from the following homes and programs: foster homes, group homes, relative foster homes, grandparents raising grands or therapeutic foster homes living in Georgia. Also selected invited guests.
Girls must be in 9th through 12th grade to attend regardless of per-diem.
Girls must have a verified reservation and be accompanied by a registered adult chaperon. 
Girls in the ROTC program grades 9th through 12th that are in DFCS custody can attend. Only 1 dress per girl regardless of how many events they plan to attend. Girls can keep their dresses and accessories or return them after prom so that others can use them at a later year event

WHAT will they do? Girls will choose from a selection of beautiful prom dresses and gowns to take home for their perfect evening at their own high school prom with their friends. Personal shoppers will help them through the process of selecting dresses to find their perfect choice. Chosen dress must be approved by their foster parent or chaperon.
Special stations will be set up for proper selection of garments and other accessories such as shoes, shawls, purses etc. with consultants available to help with their needs.
Cosmetic consultants will assist the girls in learning the art of selecting and applying their own makeup in a tasteful and mature fashion.
Hair consultants will help them choose from an assortment of Hair products and embellishments and learn what best styles may complement their hair type from sample book photos.
Directions to 115 Mansell Place
From Atlanta:
Take 75 North to 85 North to 400 North, take exit 8-Mansell Road, left onto Mansell Road going west towards Roswell, past Wal-Mart and take a right onto Alpharetta HWY at the Wells Fargo Bank,  past three lights and take a right just after the Carl Black auto Dealership onto Mansell Pl. - 2nd building on left.
From Northeast, Norcross or Gwinnett area:
Take 85 to Jimmy Carter BLVD going west, stay on Jimmy Carter which will turn into Holcomb Bridge RD. to Roswell, go past Ga 400 and approximately 5 or 6 lights more and take a right after McDonalds onto Alpharetta HWY, past Mansell Road, past the next three lights and take a right just after Carl Black auto dealership onto Mansell Pl. 2nd building on left. 
From Marietta Area:
Take Roswell Rd at the Big Chicken going east towards Roswell. Roswell Rd will change names into Marietta highway when crossing the county line into Fulton County, at the end of Marietta HWY, take a left onto Atlanta St, continue past the Krispy Kreme and bear right at the fork onto Alpharetta St. Past Holcomb Bridge Rd and Mansell Road, past the next three lights and take a right onto Mansell Pl. after Carl Black Dealership, 2nd building on left.
