next G-meeting. Please send this announcement to the providers in your

Providers,
Our November G-Meeting will be Held for CCI's on November 16th from 1-4
and for CPA's on November 17th from 9-12. The meeting will be held at 2
Peachtree on the 29th floor in the commissioner's boardroom.
CCI's who are required to attend:
