Provider Watch – March 30, 2009 - Recommendation: CPA Per Diem Rate Restoration 

We are pleased to announce that the Senate Appropriations has recommended that the Foster Care Per Diem Rate be restored following the lead of the House.  We anticipate that this recommendation will be accepted by the full Senate and soon signed by the Governor.   

Child Placing Agencies have already received contract amendments restoring the CPA rates for FY’09.
