Provider Watch - April 22, 2009 - Teen Mothers in Foster Care

We are partnering with the Georgia Independent Living Program to collect data in order to improve services to teen mothers in foster care.  A brief survey has been designed to conduct needs assessment and collect input from teen parents. If your agency serves teen parents, please pass this along and encourage them to complete the survey.  Responses are completely anonymous.
