1:00 - 3:00 P.M.  – Community Forum - Creating the Dream:  Lives in the Community highlights the importance of developing a “hope-based” system of care that supports a recovery-conducive environment for Georgians with mental illness & addictive diseases. Further, it promotes community based services with emphasis on full participation in every community for persons with developmental disabilities.

3:15 - 5:00 P.M. – Retirement Reception

A tribute to Gwen Skinner, followed by a dessert reception
