Provider Watch - July 10, 2009 - CCFA Advanced Skills Training

A recent DHR memo went out to CCFA/WA Providers regarding contract status. In the memo, it was noted that  audits will being in September, 2009. Prior to that first round of audits, Angela Coulon, Division of Family and Children Program Planning and Policy Unit Manager would like agencies to have opportunity to have their supervisory staff trained in the Advanced Skills training. GAHSC is facilitating the collection of statistics on how many individuals need Advanced Skills training so the Division can plan the number of classes needed prior to September. Please respond to office@gahsc.org with the number of supervisory staff that you need trained in the Advanced Skills training.

Also, providers need to ensure that the Division has their updated contact information. Please send your current email address, mailing address and phone number to to Timpist Cooper at ticooper@dhr.state.ga.us  or by phone at 404-657-3456.
