Provider Watch - December 4, 2009 - Extended Deadline for DFCS Provider Survey

A Provider Summit was held on September 25, 2009 which afforded DFCS opportunity to outline the basics of the Division's plan to move toward performance-based contracting. Subsequent to the summit, a DFCS Provider Survey was sent out to providers to assess the potential challenges and needs of different organizations in moving to performance-based contracting. The deadline for submitting this survey has been extended to close of business on December 11, 2009. This will provide time for additional discussion and review between the Division and providers in order to reflect as accurately as possible the responses that will be used in establishing performance-based contracting.
