Provider Watch - March 03, 2010 - Top 20 Most Cited Violations

The Office of Residential Child Care has release their latest draft of the Top 20 Most Cited CCI Violations for review by the provider community.  This Office in an attempt to provide providers with tools for reaching and sustaining compliance with rules and regulation have drafted these guidelines to address the top 20 violations by child caring institution providers (read congregate care providers).  These guidelines not only help providers but the regulators in interpreting the CCI rules and regulations.  

Top 20 Most Cited CCI Violations guidelines are only drafts.  They are disseminated for provider input.  They encourage review by all CCIs along with their input for suggestions to improve them.  Submit your input to rcs@dhr.state.ga.us no later than 03/10/10.
