Welfare Watch - June 07, 2011 - Kenny A Tenth Reporting Period Report

This week the tenth period report was filed with the court in the Kenny A. Case.  This report is the best yet and shows continued progress in addressing the concerns of the Kenny A Consent Decree.  Troubling is the lack of significant progress in meeting the needs of children in foster care.  The standard for this measure is 85%.  The State bested its third period with 77% getting their needs met.  Click here for full report
