Welfare Watch February 26, 2015 - Enhancing Quality Care for Children in Placement

In response to the need for professional development opportunities for child welfare providers, Together Georgia launched an initiative with J.W. Fanning Institute for Leadership at the University of Georgia.
Working in partnership with Together Georgia, in 2014  J.W. Fanning Institute for Leadership piloted with TG members a high-quality professional development series. The primary goal of the pilot was to enhance quality care for children in placement by providing competency based, accessible and local training opportunities.
