Welfare Watch May 4, 2016

From Voices for Georgia's Children

Did you know that nearly 80% of the children in Georgia who need behavioral health services don't get them?

May 5th is Children's Mental Health Day, and together we can change the conversation about children's mental health, and help more kids get the services they need.

Our ask for you this year is simple: Just ask a kid how they are feeling, and then share it with us using #GaKidsSpeakUp by May 5th! Watch the video to see how it works, and it you're still confused just check out the steps below.

Don't forget to take a video, a photo, or write a short message about your interaction and share it with #GaKidsSpeakUp.
What else can you do?

We are also hosting a thunderclap campaign to help get the word out on May 5th. All you have to do is add your support by clicking here. The more people who join, the bigger our social reach will be on May 5th!
