About GAHSC
Conceived as voluntary
problem solving group with only five children service providers over 40
years ago, the GAHSC has evolved into 150+ program member association
dedicated to supporting those
who care for children who are at risk of abuse and neglect. GAHSC
carries out its mission through advocacy, lobbying, education, training,
technical assistance and providing opportunities for networking. It has
become the voice of children and those who protect and care for them. Each
day the GAHSC remains true to its stated goal of providing leadership
and resources to the dedicated agencies and professionals serving our
State's at-risk children and their families.
The members agencies of GAHSC provide a wide range of children services including:
GAHSC is determined to give our members the resources they need to ensure no at-risk child "slips through the net." A member investment in GAHSC provides:
