1-Level I $82 $34

  • 24/7 care

  • Child will be placed and paid at a LOC rate to be determined within 72 hours after placement but paid retroactive to time of placement.

  • no reject / no eject based on the agency placement profile for the lowest and highest LOC.

  • Provider will be paid at 1/2 the highest placement level for an empty emergency placement bed.

  • This is not a state wide pilot of Level of Care.

  • LOC care will be determined within 72 hours after placement by a LOC authorizer in the Treatment Services Unit.
