Georgia has implemented Level of Care Statewide on March 1, 2004.  Children placed by the State with private providers will be served according to the level of care needed as described by LOC Indicator Manual .  Each provider will be approved for serving specific levels of care as indicated by Standards Manual .  All providers will be required to sign a contract (see below) before providing LOC services.  Providers will use the Invoice for Services Form for billing.  If you have not heard from the Treatment Services Unit, contact the via email at loc@dhr.state.ga.us .
