ATTENTION: FRIENDS AND MEMBERS OF GAHSC
Please take the time to honor someone special with the Georgia Association
of Homes and Services for Children Recognition Awards! Listed below are
the categories for recognition nominations. You may nominate more than one
person in a category or make nominations in all the categories. All
nominees must be an employee of a GAHSC member agency; however, you do NOT
need to be an employee of a member agency to nominate someone.
Please complete the attached nomination sheet. These nominations are due
March 22, 2004 by 5:00 PM. You may fax your nomination to the
attention of Adriel Jones at 404-572-6171, or you may call him at
404-572-6172 if you have any questions.
If your nominee is selected, we will request a brief biography and a photo
for display and recognition at the GAHSC Annual Conference, which will be
held April 27-29, 2004. Notification of honorees will be made in
the beginning of April, prior to the conference, so that honorees may make
arrangements to attend the conference.
Thank you for taking the time to nominate a deserving person. This is a
great way to give back to someone who has given so much to the children
and families of Georgia!!!

and visionary for at-risk children.
