WHY MARKET YOUR COMPANY AT THIS CONFERENCE?
The professionals attending this conference represent almost every
geographic region of Georgia’s child welfare system and a broad range of
programs and services. They are constantly striving to improve service
provision through innovative products and services that help their
organizations enhance the quality and effectiveness of their programs.
Exhibiting affords your organization an opportunity to reach a large and
diverse audience. If you are not able to attend the conference or are
unable to exhibit, the “Take One” table or placing your flyer in the
conference packets ensures that your promotional materials will be
available to conference attendees. If you would like to further promote
your agency and support the work of the conference, conference sponsorship
demonstrates your organization’s commitment to supporting those who
provide services to children and families. All conference sponsors will be
recognized in printed materials pertaining to the conference and through
on-site signage, and announcements in the conference portfolios. Marketing
opportunities are outlined below:
Take One Table - $100 per item
• Your flyer, brochure, or promotional item will be placed on a table in a
prominent location at the conference along with the materials of other
agencies that choose to market in this manner. The table will be in a
central location near the refreshment area to draw participants to the
table.
Conference Goody Bag Item - $250 per item
• Your flyer, brochure, or promotional item will be placed in the
bag/folder that is handed to each participant as they check in. This
ensures that all participants will see your materials.
• You will be recognized as a conference supporting vendor in printed
materials and at the conference.
Exhibit Table - $500
• You will have a one six-foot table in the conference exhibit hall.
• Includes free access to all conference meals for ONE exhibit staff.
• You will be recognized as a conference exhibitor in printed materials
and at the conference.
• Exhibit space is limited, so call now to reserve your spot.
Refreshment Break Sponsorship - $600
Includes sponsorship of one conference break. Sponsors will receive:
• A free exhibit table and free access to all conference meals for ONE
exhibit staff.
• Recognition as a break sponsor in printed materials and at the
conference.
• Recognition on signage at the conference.
Workshop Sponsorship - $700
Includes sponsorship of a workshop. Sponsors will receive:
• A free exhibit table and free access to all conference meals for ONE
exhibit staff.
• Recognition as a workshop sponsor in printed materials and at the
conference.
• Recognition on signage at the conference.
Keynote Speaker Sponsorship - $800
Includes sponsorship of the conference keynote speaker. Sponsors will
receive:
• A free exhibit table.
• One free conference registration for all meals and workshops.
• Recognition as a keynote sponsor in printed materials and at the
conference.
• Recognition on signage at the conference.
Goody Bag Sponsorship - $1000
Includes sponsorship of the conference goody bags that are handed out to
each conference participant. Sponsors will receive:
• A free exhibit table.
• One free conference registration for all meals and workshops.
• One free ticket to the conference banquet on Thursday evening.
• Display your company name and logo on the goody bags as the goody bag
sponsor
• Recognition as the goody bag sponsor in printed materials and at the
conference.
• Recognition on signage at the conference.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DEADLINE TO SIGN UP FOR THESE OPPORTUNITIES AND STILL
BE RECOGNIZED IN THE CONFERENCE BROCHURE THAT IS MAILED OUT IS
JANUARY 30, 2005.
AFTER THAT, YOU WILL ONLY BE RECOGNIZED IN PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS AT THE
CONFERENCE AND NOT IN CONFERENCE MAIL-OUT MATERIALS.
