2007 GAHSC Annual Conference Recognition Awards

Please take time to honor someone special through the Georgia Association of Homes and Services for Children Recognition Awards. You may nominate more than one person per category or make nominations in all the categories. All nominees must be an employee of a GAHSC member agency or connected someway with a GAHSC member agency.  The person nominating, however, does not need to be an employee of a member agency to submit a nomination.

If your nominee is selected, we will request a brief biography and a photo for display and recognition at the 2007 GAHSC Annual Conference. All awards will be presented at the 2007 GAHSC Annual Conference to be held May 16-18, 2007 at the Hyatt Regency, Savannah, Georgia. Notification of honorees will be made by the end of April in order for award recipients to make arrangements to attend the conference.

Nominations are due March 31, 2006 by 5:00 PM. You may fax your nomination to 404-572-6171 or send it electronically to carolyn@catalystforcare.org
